Einerhand Science and Innovation will be on the National TV March 21 at 17.30 in the RTLZ program called the BAROMETER

It was a real pleasure to work together with #theTIMcompany and #rtlz to prepare for a TV program called the #barometer. Einerhand Science & Innovation will feature in this program focusing on science and health. It will be broadcasted on the Dutch national TV on Sunday March 21 at 17.30. As part of the TV program, you’ll see the TIM intestinal model in action. It is great model system if you are interested in studying food digestion. I look forward to seeing the full program on RTLZ the Barometer.

You’ll hear Sandra Einerhand talk about consumer having a low confidence in the food industry. Consumers are looking for transparency and honest information about nutrition and nutritional claims. What’s in my diet? Where does it come from and are the claims made scientifically substantiated? Einerhand Science & Innovation is a nutrition consultancy that can help companies regain trust of the consumers. We provide science-based strategic advice to help our customers market innovative food products with a clear and honest message to consumers. We turn science into business opportunity with a special focus on early and later life nutrition and personalized nutrition.

On the left you see the so called tiny TIM model mimicking the stomach and small intestine. Below you see the link to the short movie taken during the recording of the program. It will be fun to have a look at the whole program on Sunday March 21 at 17.30 Central European Time. If you don’t have the time to watch the RTLZ program the Barometer on Sunday, it will be repeated on Tuesday March 23, Wednesday March 24 and Friday March 26
